Volunteer
Volunteers are crucial to the creation of a home-away-from-home and welcoming community for families of children with life-threatening illnesses. We could not provide all the various services to House families without their generous support.
The minimum age for volunteering in the House is 16 years of age.

Front Desk Volunteer
This is one of the primary volunteer opportunities. Volunteers are needed to staff the Front Desk serving as support in the operation of the House. This may require heavy phone contact, light clean-up, and a lot of flexibility. Basic computer skills are very important. Must be at least 18 years of age.
Commitment: Minimum of six (6) months
Shift: 3-hour, weekly
Current shifts available: Tuesdays - Fridays, 3:00 - 6:00 PM
CLIK Room Volunteer
The CLIK (Computer Learning for Ill Kids) program provides direct involvement with House families as they work on computers - games, word processing, downloading photos, and email communications. General computer experience, not "expertise", is required. Must be at least 18 years of age.
Commitment: Minimum of six (6) months
Shift: 2-hour, weekly

Activity Room Volunteer
Programs in the Activity Room focus primarily on playtime with the children, providing recreation such as: Cooking, Sports, Arts & Crafts, Movie Nights, Themed Parties, and Bingo, just to name a few.
