Our mission at Ronald McDonald House is to create a home-away-from-home and supportive community for families of children with life-threatening illnesses receiving specialized treatment at local hospitals. We have 47 housing units, Children's Activity Center, Teen Recreation Center, computer center, family library, communal kitchen, dining room, and multi-purpose "great room" to create a sense of community among families. We operate 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, providing the children and families with a variety of programs and activities to help relieve their stress.
The House welcomes interested community members for a tour and lunch starting at 11:30 am on the first Friday of every month (dates are subject to change based on holidays).
